Shipping Policy
All Orders will be shipped from our centrally located Warehouse in Oklahoma City,
Every part authorized for sale by Little Giant will be carried in our Warehouse to provide availability unmatched by any other Distributor or Retailer.
Our normal shipping method is FedEx Ground; however FedEx Two Day Shipping or Next Day Air is also available.
Media Mail is offerred as one of the least expensive USPS Shipping options, however when this option is selected the item will actually be shipped via 1st Class Mail rather than Media Mail as our products do not qualify for Media Mail Shipping.
Most Orders for items stocked in our Warehouse received before 2 P.M. CDT, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 P.M. will be shipped the next working day. In the unusual event of an inventory stock-out situation orders will be shipped by the third day to allow time to obtain products from the Manufacturer.
