Return Policy
eSupply Depot retains the right to accept or reject returned shipments. Productss that are new and unused can be returned freight prepaid for a refund, however a 25% restocking charge will apply and the refund does not include shipping and handling charges.
Pumps and Pumping Systems that are unused and in new condition must be returned freight prepaid and will be inspected for condition upon return. Credit will be issued less a 25% restocking charge less any rework required to cover shipping damage etc. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.
Warranty
No warranty is provided on Parts; however the Manufacturers Warranty is available according to the Manufacturers Warranty Statement provided with each pumps.
